Wonderful guide/visit to lower canyon but timing of upper canyon was much later than expected and hence limited sun into canyon. That visit did not meet our expectations and we were disappointed having made a special trip to see both crnyons

Ahéheé (Thank You) David_C, for taking the time to write a review. All feedback is good feedback, we are always happy to hear back from our guests to better improve our tours and guest experience. We are thankful for the positive review you left for us. We do understand lighting and timing to visit each Canyon is difficult to plan. Ideally you want to visit the Lower & Upper Antelope Canyon starting in the months of March to late September. The 8:15am tour time is our prime tour time for the best lighting in both Canyons. The 10:15am tour time is going to be outside of the best lighting times and will feature more of the cooler tones in the Canyon and minus the sunbeams. Reservations booked in October to February will not feature the best lighting, but the Canyons will be less crowded. Also, his is generally when the Sunbeams leave Upper Antelope. Again, thank you for taking the time to write us a review, and in the meantime, stay healthy and safe.

What an incredible experience! Elouise was a delight taking us to each destination and our guides, Xavier and Tom, were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They truly made it an experience of a lifetime. We HIGHLY recommend Dineh tours for the Upper and Lower Canyon tour.

We had a great time, and Tom made everything so easy! We didn't have to worry about a thing. We were picked up on time from our hotel, and Tom gave us great information along the way. At each of the canyons, he made sure we met up with the canyon tour guide before he went back to the bus. While we were not able to take our bags in the canyon with us, they were perfectly safe waiting on the bus. It was a wonderful way to see everything without having to worry about any of the planning.
