Our guide Kelly was an amazing story teller. It was a nice boat ride and definitely had a creepy vibe. If you like real ghost stories and history you will love this.

Unfortunately we had a conflict and had to cancel our tour. Even though this was more than 24 hours before the tour, there are no refunds. Do not book this tour unless you are absolutely sure you will take it.

That is correct! As noted on Viator's tour booking page in bold print, it states the policy: "Non-refundable-You will not receive a refund if you cancel." So yes, please don't book something that you won't be attending!
