Meh. Tour operators were nice enough but it was not the haunted tour, or historical intro, I was anticipating. Rather boring actually.

Big mike was personable, entertaining and really made the experience enjoyable!! The only thing I would suggest to improve would be to have only 3 adults per row instead of 4. 4 was uncomfortable especially when I was touching the person next to me and had no where to scoot over

Our tour guide Shannan, who looks like a Miss America contestant but with MORE personality, and her sweet horse Moose took us on a relaxing trip past Charleston locations where all the cool ghosts hang out. I wish our 7pm tour had been later in the evening for maximum darkness, but the extra light did not detract from her enthusiasm for otherworldly shenanigans. Unlike a guide I had on a different ghost tour, Shannan is a believer, which made her stories more fun. She had the scoop on at least a dozen haunts and even had photos to back her up, which she kindly shared with anyone who asked for them. Also worth noting is that the stables are clean and the horses appear to be very well cared for. Shannan is a good horsewoman who properly got annoyed when motorcycles deliberately roared past Moose, which could have scared him.
