Our valiant group of paranormal investigators was led by the redoubtable Captain Kirk through the back alleys, bars, and dimly lit streets of Old Town. We explored the history of the area, the sightings, the known, and the unknown. A good time was had by all, some possibly too much fun.

I highly recommend this tour, which combines spookiness with the opportunity to get stiff drinks to counteract said spookiness. Alexandria is chock-full of history and retains the small-town feel of colonial America, perfect for a ghost tour (plus the bars are quite close to one another!). Captain Kirk was an incredible guide, who knows how to create a suitably eerie atmosphere as she vividly depicts tales of tragedy (she's clearly done tons of research!)

What a fun way to experience Old Town! My friends and I had a great time at the bars and the spooky waterfront. I got chills a few times. Our host, Captain Kirk, was really fun to spend time with!
