  • Пожалуйста, будьте на площади за 15 минут до отправления тура. Мы работаем и забираем вас с Plaza Guanajuato | 2415 San Diego Ave, Сан-Диего, Калифорния 92110. Excellent guide, knowledgeable and fun! Thanks Rosalinda! It was great to go on the bus (small and comfy) bc we could see places out of just the Old Town area.

Parking in the area the tour was to start was so bad we could not find a spot within six blocks of the tour starting point. We received a notice as we were giving up finding a spot that the tour was departing at 6:45 NOT 7:00 as reserved. They were quick to point out NO REFUNDS even though they changed the start time. I don’t know if the tour was good or not because we never got to go on it and are out our money. If you plan on going on this tour get there two hours early so you can find parking and hike to starting point and account for a last minute schedule change from the tour company. Sorry we missed the tour….

Good day Linden - We had a schedule change that night and had to start at 6:45. This allowed us to go inside a location we might not have if leaving at 7. I personally called and left you a voicemail at 5:06 pm asked if you could make that time. I also had my Booking system send a text at 4:25 pm asking if you could make that time. I also sent a message to you via the Viator Supplier center at 4:27 pm asking if you could make that new time. Our host also called you before the tour to see where you were, but you did not pick up. A bit later she did get you on text and you said you already left not even giving her a chance to get you on board. I also gave you parking strategies in the Viator communication and the text with the parking map and everything. We repeat show up early for parking in all our communications. I can't control parking. "Parking? Go early to get a free spot; it can be competitive. Seriously. Give extra time for parking. Free parking map: https://hauntedsandiegotours.com/images/parking.jpg" I have records of all this. This review breaks my heart. It truly does... I tried every possible method to get a hold of you well before the tour and would have totally refunded you if you said you couldn't make it. Gone over parking or whatever we could have to assist you. This feels so unfair and truly hurts.

Our host Rosalinda was fantastic! She made it very fun and interactive. The information provided at each stop kept us very engaged. Not scary at all!!!

Excellent J, I will pass on the compliment. Yep, not scary we call it spooky. You go to places real things happen and some of those have a vibe some people feel, but not jump scares or any of that. At one point we tried having a part where soemone dresssed in a camo outfit jumped out at the group, bad idea. One lady almost had a heart attack. After that we went all genuine. I went a bit long winded there.., thanks J :)
