Step aboard the trolley for a thrilling and historical musical journey through Sarasota’s eerie past with Lady Melody & Mystery Spirits! Hear stories about famous murders, visit spirited buildings, and explore unsolved crimes during this 75-minute, air-conditioned nighttime tour.

Haunted Sarasota runs Friday nights year-round, but nightly in October 18-31. Prizes for best costumes during October, so come dressed to kill!

Tour includes complimentary beer or wine for guests 21+ at the Trolley Cottage Tiki Bar before boarding.

ALL guests must be 18+. Every guest must have a paid ticket in order to board.

FREE Parking!

tour host was very entertaining, hard job to keep us laughing. could use more variety with the "visitors".

We were on vacation from Georgia and saw an add for a haunted Sarasota tour , we took Uber from Siesta Key to the meet up location. At the meeting location we met another couple on vacation who also booked the tour for tonight June 23rd @ 8:00pm. We waited for an hour, no trolly showed up so I called the number on the add and left a voicemail.I received a text back from a woman named Tammy who said there is no tour tonight and we booked on the June 30th, my wife called the number to explain the situation. She tried to tell Tammy we will be back in Georgia and in booking, it said tonight at 8 PM. She also tried to explain about the other random couple waiting with us ,she rudely told her to stop talking and that they don’t matter. And there is no tour tonight and there will be no refund and hung up the phone. So after an hour wasted, we have to spend another $27 on a ride back to the resort. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had while visiting and we don’t want any people to have this terrible experience do not use the service there online booking dates are false !!!!

Andrew you purchased tickets for June 30th not June 23rd Haunted Tour. You got the confirmation receipt showing the June 30th date but you did not look at it. During summer months this tour runs every other Friday night as it clearly states on website. You can only purchase tickets for tours that are running. You went to the website and it told you the next date for this tour was June 30th. You bought those tickets but showed up June 23rd instead. I showed you your confirmation email showing the June 30th date your bought tickets for but you refused to accept that you had made a mistake. I offered other dates and other tours I could move you to which you refused to accept. I then gave you a gift card of total value of your tickets which is our cancellation policy (something you agreed to when you purchased your tickets) which says all sales final, meaning we do not provide refunds when a guest cancels. There is no false advertising. Our tours runs as scheduled all year long. We have never had two sets of guests show up for a tour not running. It is a very rare occurrence as people check their confirmations and call us if they make a booking mistake right away. As for being rude, your wife called me at 8PM last night when we were closed and proceeded to scream at me and threaten me that she would trash us all over social media if she did not get a refund and blamed our website for scamming her. She seemed intoxicated and would not engage in a civil conversation nor would she accept that she purchased tickets for the wrong night. I emailed her, texted her, and spoke with her on the phone to try and resolve this issue. I am sorry you did not experience our wonderful tour.
