This was a great tour, our guide was SO knowledgeable and shared great stories about the city. I have been on a few ghost tours in Savannah and this has been the best. I learned some new stories about the city . It was a great time

We booked ,we paid, they canceled ( due to weather) and we are still fighting for our refund... it all started around March17th, here we are at April 2nd... we had to go with the refund, even though we were on our way.. due to my fiance being an over the road truck driver...

We submitted your refund to the ticket seller on March 18th and it normally takes 2-3 weeks for the refund to process since your ticket seller is in Germany. You knew this and you have also received your refund since then. So your review is absurd and completely baseless.

Extremely knowledgeable and provided visual examples to support theories/stories. Upon waiting, a rep from a competing tour noted that this tour isn’t reputable (assuming because they don’t stand in the square for hours in costume). After passing the other tours many times and overhearing some of their content vs our tour, I highly recommend The Savannah Paranormal Ghost Tour if your looking to learn!

Thank you so much for the review! We’ve been giving the Paranormal Ghost tour since 1995 and we’re the second oldest ghost tour downtown Savannah. We have been copied by other tours for years but we’ve perfected the ghost tour. We don’t wear costumes. We don’t need them!!!
