There are several ghost tours in Gettysburg. As a tourist, I chose the wrong one. I purchased a civil war ghost tour for my family 7/6/2021, paying extra for additional time and the EMF meter. This tour was an unfortunate disappointment. Basically we were told stories across the street from buildings and told about places we couldn’t see or go to (because other tours had contracted to use them). My son was handed the EMF and told if it’s red, watch out. It lit up several times but the guide (Justin) never acknowledged it. We did not get the additional time we purchased even though the guide told us he’d included a couple extra stops. Without the “extras” there wouldn’t have even been a complete tour! We have done similar tours in other cities and were really looking forward to a good experience in a place like historic Gettysburg. It was truly a disappointment and certainly not worth the $124 I paid. I tried calling the number provided and left a message, with no response. The email address they provided was not a legitimate email. If you are looking for a good tour, use a different company.

Due to severe weather I could not make it to the tour. Do you refund due to weather? I was only in town the one day and couldn't go another time.

We booked this ghost tour through TripAdvisor. The guide was friendly and led us on a walk of several blocks. We knew a lot of the stories, and heard some new - not sure of the validity, but interesting. We did not enter any buildings, and it was disappointing to be across the street from some of the locations, instead of on the same street where we could have been closer. Guide should bring a flashlight to emphasize some info. Probably would not go again, but it might be fun for first-timers. Was not scary at all.
