Celebrating New Years Eve with friends, the walking tour made for a fun afternoon in town. Our friendly guide Harold had good stories about the town and an itinerary that kept us busy. Walking was easy distance and pace. It was a great way to get oriented to Healdsburg and enjoy some private wine tastings with food pairings at local tasting rooms. We were warmly welcomed at each place and seated at a reserved table. We also visited an inviting French bakery/cafe and a tea shop. The wine tastings included lessons on food pairing. Tasted some amazing wines and learned ways to enjoy them. Highly recommend.

I wasn't sure how this day would turn out since it would be raining and this is a walking tour. But we had a wonderful time with Harold, who made sure there were no awkward silences on the tour! All of the stops were warm and inviting and we went and bought some wine for our NYE formal dinner at one of the stops. Thank you Harold and Healdsburg Wine and Food Walking tour for a great experience!

Visiting Healdsburg for first time celebrating our 50th NYE with the same friends and the highlight of the trip was the afternoon tour with Harold on NYE! Harold was friendly, personable and informative. Throughout the walk around town he pointed out not only info about the town, but about his history with the food and wine we visited. Highly recommend you take the tour and hope you get Harold as your guide.
