Let me start by saying I booked this without ANY idea what my friends and I were getting our selves into! It was such a fun experience, and yes there are at least 3 inclines that are pretty terrifying! The Devil's Backbone is the first and most intense because it's the narrowest! Just sit tight and focus on something that isn't the vehicle in front of you lol if I made it, you can too! (I can be pretty fearful of heights when there are edges involved!) After experiencing that, I didn't think I would want to drive, heck what am I saying, I KNEW I didn't want to drive! Our guide Ben was so supportive though! It was his mission to make sure everyone on the tour enjoyed themselves and experienced driving on the most popular 4x4 route in Moab. So with a little encouragement, Ben convinced me to do the 2nd leg of the tour. Needless to say, yet again I had no idea what I had gotten myself into when I said yes (you think I would have learned!). The 2nd leg of the tour had steep inclines and declines, and oh was I shaking! Still, I don't regret it one bit! I found a courage I didn't even know I had! Thank you, Ben! He is so knowledgeable and well versed on the area. Learning about what we were seeing when we stopped along the trail was an added bonus! Definitely recommend him! He even gave us food recommendations in the area after the tour.
If you're considering this tour, go for it! The views are amazing, and the route is a lot of fun! (I am not an experienced offroader, fyi!---pretty much first time.) These UTV's are incredible at what they can do--trust them! As an FYI, 3rd leg of the tour is the easiest!
Thank you Moab Tourism Center for an experience like no other I've had before!

I am so thrilled to hear you had fun! You're not the only person to book the tour without knowing what it entails, and I'm proud of you for leaning into it because through that experience you were able to harness courage within you that you didn't know was there- that's amazing! Truly, what a blessing! I feel honored that we could be a part of that. Thank you so much for sharing! Come tour with us again if you're ever back in the area, and if you feel like driving that trail was a once-off and want someone else to drive you we can arrange to put you in the guide car. :)
