Transportation around New Orleans in a comfortable, full size Conversion Van or comforable SUV
Can include walker or wheelchair for handicapped or disabled guests. Please let me know in advance if this is needed. No fee!

A walk through one the most amazing cemeteries in the world and a description of why we bury our citizens the way we do. A must see in New Orleans. From Iconic graves sites, Catholic Influence and different way of interment than anywhere else in the world.

Possible Stop for Lunch near City Park or Stop for beignets and coffee in city park. Up to 45 minutes depending on where we stop and size of group. Meals and drinks are not included in tour pricing and are the responsibility of the guests.

Stop at Lake Pontchartrain for group photo, on what we call the south shore. We will discuss the size, unique character, a world record bridge and more.

Glen (Frey)(Don) Henley of Henely's private tours is the owner-operator. Without a doubt we appreciated the pride that he has for New Orleans and his business. He is knowledgeable, quick witted, courteous and knows EVERYONE! We were a party of six adults looking for a tour outside of the tour bus scene. His van is clean, comfy and spacious. We added our own stops to Oak Alley and Laura plantations in addition to the main tour,(which he readily accommodated) and he even took us to a great local spot for gumbo! Highly recommend! You will not find a more personal tour guide at a very reasonable price. Hope he got some rest after our gregarious group. We met as customers and left as friends, thank you Glen!

We had an excellent experience with Glen Hensley's private tour. He has clearly researched New Orlean history extensively and showed us the city while narrating the entire way. We live in Atlanta and the couple we attended with reside in Dallas so we met in the Big Easy to reunite after the long Covid pause. Both couple were thrilled with the quality of the tour provided from Glen and highly recommend his services to others.

Just returned from a week in NOLA, Henley's Tour was our best ever. Professional, very knowledgeable, very personable, courteous. Every attribute you would want and expect from a tour guide was exceeded. When planning a trip there Glen Henley is the person to contact for a unique experience.
