We had a great time with our guide, Junior. He was very knowledgeable and took us to many locations. Some were off the regular spots and we so appreciated the extras. We were in a minivan with only two other couples which was so perfect unlike a huge bus. Loved every minute.

We travelled to Hawaii on a cruise and Hilo was one of our stops. This excursion was recommended to us by a friend and it was far beyond our expectations! The best part was that it was very informative and educational. We alway look for that when we do our trips. We got quite a bit of rain that day on and off but it didn’t affect the experience. The sites visited were perfect to give you a feel of what the island was about. The guide was very nice and she kept us engaged by sharing local legends. So glad we chose this particular excursion! Unless you stand in the expansive lava field you cannot appreciate the power of nature. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is curious about their surroundings!
