DO NOT purchase this!!! I repeat DO NOT purchase this!!! I spoke to the vendor & email. Simple just what my sign was to say. It was my boyfriend first time there I wanted it to be special. I got NO greeting NO Lei NOTHING!! When I landed got email where to meet them. a van was waiting with absolutely nothing so I got a cab service which I did not want. I paid for a lei greeting which I did NOT get! Please do not purchase this I requested a refund from company they told me no I could’ve asked for a lei when I got in the van? terrible terrible do not purchase from this company!! This Ruined the experience that I wanted my boyfriend to get from the airport

Hello Carlus, thank you for your review and we are sorry that you did not like our service. As we discussed also with TripAdvisor and Viator's customer service, it appears that you forgot to request the LEI, which we would have provided gladly but since it has a cost it must be pre-ordered. This is also the reason why they did not refund you, since the complaint is not for poor or lack of service, but rather for an extra that was not requested on your booking. Since this is the only reason for your complaint, and not that we were late or something different, allows us to make it up to you on your return trip if you like. Simply email us and we will take care of the rest. Thank you for your business.

Excellent, prompt service! We were very thankful for the ease of communication and scheduling through Viator. I would highly recommend for airport transfers to Waikiki!
