What makes the tour undesirable is the fact that it is NOT Deaf friendly. They will not provide an interpreter which is against ada laws I called 2 weeks before to set up interpreter to find this out. And then I found my own interpreter and they made the working interpreter pay for their tour

I am so sorry about your recent experience during your tour to Hoover Dam. Regretably we are not able to provide interpretation resources on scheduled tours. I am happy you were able to secure an interpreter such that you could enjoy the tour. Unfortunately we have to charge customers that occupy a seat during the tour, which basically includes everyone above two years old. When we give away a free seat, it significantly cuts into our profit margin. Thanks again for your comments and please stay safe, healthy and close to family and friends.
