Loved the first driver. Unfortunately when we got back on at 11, river stop an old hag picked us up. She was rude AF! She actually got into a verbal altercation with a valet driver, and literally said “if that was my kid I would have spanked him.” She complained about the traffic instead of telling historical facts about Savannah and then asked a passenger if he was on a phone and apologized if the “other drivers” weren’t enforcing “the rules.” She turned right in front of a semi I literally saw my life pass before my very eyes. Let’s just say I COULD NOT WAIT to get get off that bus! I felt like instead of giving us a tour we were trapped into listening to her personal diary entries 🙄

First of all your website did not show less fares for less time. We paid $70 for a 90 minute ride which is all we had. You were overbooked and we had to wait for a long time since the trolleys were full.

Waited too long for buses and the buses were often too crowded to make any pickups. Got the on/off ticket, but should have just completed the entire 90 minute tour then walked around savannah. Only able to complete 13 out of the 16 stops and ended up walking back to our point of origin rather than trying to catch one last crowded bus. The two drivers we did have were knowledgeable about Savannah, but one punctuated every sentence with an annoyed tooth sucking sound.

We appreciate your review, and are glad that the guides you had were knowledgeable about Savannah. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you during your trip to Savannah. We would also like to apologize for the wait times, we had a much higher than normal influx of passengers that day due to a overwhelming number of people in Savannah. We were doing everything we could to accommodate everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible, but unfortunately delays did occur due to overcrowding in the city. We hope that you will give us another chance next time you're in Savannah.
