Originally I booked this carriage ride as something I thought my wife would enjoy on our last day in Blowing Rock, NC. Little did I know this would end up being one of our most favorite parts of our trip. You could not ask for a better host than Chad! Extremely insightful about the history of the surrounding property but doesn't bog you down with all the details. Perfectly succinct in everything we chatted about. The horses are beautiful and the carriage ride itself was pleasant. He even took us to the apple barn that we wanted to see which wasn't part of the original ride. We later took a walking tour of the manor which was funny because everything the guid told us there we already seem to know from Chad so we left the tour early. This is the ultimate carriage ride experience. I highly recommend that you take your loved ones on this once in a lifetime carriage ride! Thanks for everything Chad!

The entire ride was incredible. It's difficult to pick a single thing that was especially more intriguing than another. Chad's knowledge of the history of the park and his ability to explain it was amazing. This was the perfect surprise for my Darling Young Wife for our anniversary. I would recommend this ride for anyone who would enjoy a carriage ride through the wilderness. We arrived 15 minutes early and Chad was waiting for us.
