Disappointed with iFly Experience
I had high hopes for my visit to iFly, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I paid extra for a high flight package that included photos and videos. While the indoor skydiving itself was fun, the service and follow-up left much to be desired.
Firstly, I never received the promised photos and videos. When I checked the iFly website, I found that I could see the media but was prompted to pay again to download them. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam, considering I already paid for these services.
To make matters worse, when I reached out for help online, the support agent was completely unhelpful. They simply told me there was nothing they could do, leaving me with no resolution.
For the price I paid, I expected much better service and follow-through. I can't recommend iFly based on my experience, and I hope they improve their customer service and deliver what they promise in their packages.
