The tour was great - a really good way to see the Park. The booking and voucher system offered from Viator was a nightmare. We booked the night before and didn't know the location until we were sent the voucher which told us we had to contact the Tour Group 48 hours before not possible as only booked 16 hours in advance and that we had to phone! Not a good option with only a UK phone! Thanks Viator - we spent 10 on phone calls only to be told the voucher hadn't come through yet! Quite stressful. Viator need to sort this out.

A slightly delayed review but what a great personalised experience this was. Michelle, our guide, rode with us, who were the only guests in this tour, through Central Park at night in what I'm convinced is one of the most fun ways to see an iconic part of New York. Michelle was patient and friendly as she allowed us to set the pace for the ride, while explaining the history and stories of the most important sights along the route. At just about an hour, this was the perfect amount of time to get some exercise in the outdoors, while seeing a new attraction and learning so much.I highly recommend signing up for this as a chance to see one of the greatest cities in the world with new eyes.

Great way to see Central Park! As a family of three, with a teenager, we were keen to cycle through the park and see the sights on the way. We were in a group of 12 in total, with all levels of cycling ability. Debbie was our extremely helpful, friendly and patient guide. She was enthusiastic and knowledgable, not just about the Park, but New York as a whole. She was safety conscious and made sure we were all happy with our bikes before proceeding. Would definitely recommend Bike and Roll.
