It is not common to be able to visit an aircraft carrier, even more so in this setting on the Hudson with New York in the background. You will delve into the history of this ship which participated in the Second World War against Japan and then in the Vietnam War. There is an anthology of planes and helicopters on the flight deck or inside, you can visit a large part of the building including the command posts and the highlight of the show, there is the prototype of the space shuttle at the end of the bridge. Next to it, you will find a submarine (separate ticket) and normally a concorde (not present this winter). To do with the family and also for enthusiasts.

Highly recommended for lovers of maritime history and the Second World War. Various warplanes on display, as well as the ship and a submarine.
