Don’t have enough positive things to say about this company! We had a travel day from hell in June with deplaning and massive flight delays. King and Queen went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we weren’t charged a cancellation fee. They swapped drivers and vehicles throughout the day to accommodate our delay. They kept us updated via email and text messages. Forget about all the other large app based companies and book with a smaller outfit that cares about you!

Everything was perfect. Email received the morning with all the information about our driver. When we landed at JFKa message from the driver saying he was waiting for us. Right on time. Inside the limo napkins reminding the colors of our national flag :-) Very appreciated!

We booked three trips in total. JFK to Manhattan in a limo, return to JFK in an Escalade and another Escalade for touring round Queens/Brooklyn. Absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Sophia and Keto were so helpful and made the bookings and payments seamless and stress free. The cars were immaculate, turned up as agreed, driver communication was A+, drivers were friendly and helpful, especially Hammad who took us on our city tour. He had lots of local knowledge and definitely added to the enjoyment of our trip. All in all a first class experience with no issues or problems. Highly recommend and would use again without hesitation
