The description of what to expect is very accurate. The tour guide (Kevin) is incredibly knowledgeable and especially entertaining. He presents the alleged events of the JFK assassination as a murder mystery, affording you the chance to decide for yourself which aspects of conspiracy (or not) you choose to believe. I waited for 2 hours for the tour. None of the drivers had my reservation. I was at the right spot but my name was not on any of 6/7 vehicles there to pick up visitors for the toys. I was there an hour early so I did not miss any buses.
