Unfortunately, I can't give a traditional review of this service because there was a miscommunication between myself & the tour guide regarding the meeting spot. I say a miscommunication because it was admittedly as much my fault as the tour guide's. The poor customer service rating comes from what happened after this. When I realized the mistake, the tour guide (who was the only person in the company that was nice or displayed an understanding of customer service) assured me he would contact the office & I would receive a refund. Understand that I didn't request a refund from him or complain to him; he told me I would receive a refund since I would miss the tour. After waiting a few days, I contacted him again to check on the situation. He again was nice & said he'd check on it. From here, I communicated with 3 different people over the span of days. I was told, "It was your fault, you won't get a refund" from one agent & from the others, something along the lines of you weren't sick, so there will be no refund. My opinion is that this is poor customer service for 2 reasons: (1.) Most companies would give a full or partial refund in this instance merely because no service was rendered. (2.) Almost all companies would give a refund after the customer was told they would receive one. I didn't initially request a refund, but once I was told by an employee of the company that I'd receive one, then I 100% expected it! The bottom line is that I would not recommend this company to anyone! I hope the tour guide is able to get on with one of the more reputable ones in the area. Finally, it should be noted that our family went on over to the memorial & I can say after the fact that if had it to do it over again that I wouldn't bother with any tour! You can get all the info you need from the museum & walking around the grounds. Save yourself $ - skip the tours & do it yourself! We did & enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Hello. I am the owner of the company. And I usually do not volunteer to leave a response, because I respect everybody’s opinion. But this is not opinion. This is a big lie on your part. 1. When you made the reservation, you received your confirmation, which outlined the time, the address for pick up, and even suggestions for parking if you’re driving your car. 2. The night before you received a confirmation as a reminder. With the same information. 3. The morning of the tour you received another reminder from the driver. and of course you have all of it on your tickets as well. 4. For some crazy reason you end up in a different city of Fort Worth Which is 35 miles away from the Dallas and place where the tour starts.. and then call and demand a refund. When it did not work, you call customer service at Viator and lied that you had a medical emergency :-) One word of advice from the person who travel around the world, if you want to get something done, be nice to the person who you talking to, by screaming and yelling, and accusing of people, you never going to receive anything. Best of luck with your traveling and please read your tickets, that will help you to avoid a lot of trouble. Thank you.
