Just north of Palm Springs lies one of nature's majestic creations, Joshua Tree National Park. In the comfort of an enclosed, climate-controlled vehicle your guide will take you on an extensive all paved road tour through the stunning rock formations and otherworldly landscape of the Mojave Desert.
This activity has a 2 person requirement for the tour to run. If you are a single rider, please call first.
NOTICE: EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL JOSHUA TREE TOURS WILL REQUIRE GUESTS TO PAY THEIR OWN $15 ENTRY FEE UPON ENTERING THE PARK. ENTRY FEES WILL NO LONGER BE INCLUDED IN THE BIG WHEEL TOURS PRICING. PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH A FORM OF PAYMENT (CREDIT CARD) TO ACCOMMODATE THIS NEW POLICY. THANK YOU!

This was a fabulous tour and an outstanding guide! My friend and I just loved Jeff. He was personable, knowledgeable, so friendly and professional. We initially wanted the 1pm tour but it was booked up on the date we needed, so we did the 7am tour instead. We're not morning people and grumbled a bit about how early we'd have to get up, especially on vacation, but in hindsight I'm delighted it worked out that way. Not only because it put us with Jeff but also because we largely beat the crowds. We had the park almost entirely to ourselves! Jeff is a talented photographer as well as a great guide, and I got some really amazing photos. The picture where the sun is bursting through a hole in the rocks behind me was timed by him almost down to the minute. He was like, something amazing happens in a certain spot at 9am, wanna see? Hell yeah we wanted to see! Overall a quick but unexpectedly well-rounded introduction to the highlights of the park. I've already recommended this tour, and Jeff specifically, to a friend who was picking my brain about JTNP. The tour is not cheap - at least not to someone on a teacher's salary - but I found it to be worth every cent.

Too expensive for what we got and we missed the sunset, which was disappointing. Also we were not giving enough time to walk through and be with the trees, we stopped in mostly rock areas. We wanted more connection with the trees. And there was miscommunication on the pick up area. But Joe was friendly.

Hello Alejandra, sorry that you missed the sunset but we don't advertise this as a sunset tour mostly because the days are too long most of the year and we don't like to be out after dark in wilderness areas. We do try to accommodate requests from guests so I am sorry that you felt short change on time amongst the trees.

Mile long hike was amazing. Also loved the vista to the Cholla Cactus Garden. Our tour guide was great too!
