App was terrible to get on board with, I never heard the guided tour, but I paid for it! ( I think?) took my credit card info. Not user friendly to understand how to get your going. Never happened, we just walked around on our own.

This was an excellent app and a great way to get a feel for Juneau. It was easy to use, and recommend downloading it while on WiFi at your hotel or before you leave to go walking. It was informative, well narrated and excellent way to see the sights on foot. Highly recommend!

Once we past the instructions and ready to download the tour, the app did not allow us to start it. 10 different users and none was able to listen a thing. . . I would definitely requests my money back

Hi, It looks like you did not get the WalknTours app, were you using the TripAdvisor app? We are a separate company, with our own app, WalknTours. As mentioned in the ticket you'll need to get the WalknTours app, and you'll find the tour there. We have tours in 25 plus cities around the USA. For your date, we don't have 10 people registered for the Juneau Tour. Sorry, but this is a great note for those booking, we are a separate app, the tour is not on the TripAdvisor App. All the info was in the ticket. also to visitors, the data/wifi in Juneau is not great, so it is suggested to download the app and tour before going, or leaving the ship, that will give you the best experience :) and if you have headphones, that is best :)
