Had rented a kayak from this business about 15 years ago and found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional and the equipment to be top notch, so I decided to take the guided tour on my most recent trip to Oahu. It's good some things don't change. The shop had the same upbeat/high energy but at the same time laid back vibe I remembered. German, our guide for the outing, was friendly, talkative, helpful and highly entertaining. When one of our group got caught in the slipstream on our return from Flat Island, German immediately sprang into action and all turned out well. The package included lunch at our choice of several nearby business, and everyone was happy with his or her selection. Kailua Beach Adventures seems to have perfected the formula for an active, enjoyable, entertaining day!

Kailua at New Year's was nice and not hot. The nature on the island was unique and wonderful, as we carried kayaks from the beach club and spotted turtles swimming nearby as we made our way through the beautiful waves. The guide was very kind too. From Waikiki, I took an Uber.
