Kayaking over the seagrass flats is where you may find the smaller marine creatures. Such as sea stars, sea urchins, whelks, conchs, and hermit crabs. Each trip is unique and led by a certified Florida Master Naturalist. It’s one thing to see wildlife but another to learn how each creature and tree is all connected. Every day is a new adventure.

We received a phone call early in the day to inform us it would be Cancelled due to high winds! We’ll have to reschedule for our next trip to Florida.

Thank you for your honest review. Unfortunately, kayaking is a weather dependent activity. At SUP Englewood your safety is our highest priority. In high winds kayakers can experience multiple safety issues such as: fatigue, inability to return to shore, and sometimes kayaks are blown into boating traffic or other hazards. This experience could not have been more perfect. Everything from the ease of booking to the tour itself was top notch. Janda was our guide and was a wealth of information regarding the areas birds, fish, shells, dolphins and manatees. This was an easy paddle with minimal wind and waves on the day we paddled! Dolphin sitings were an added bonus. Can’t wait to do this again!

Ray at SUP Englewood is awesome! My friends and I brought our inflatable paddle boards to Don Pedro State Park. It’s a bit of a hike to take your equipment to the water. Ray had no skin in the game ( we had our own equipment) but, he still helped us wheel our boards to the water! I highly recommend Ray and SUPEnglewood!
