0 stars trip advisor can’t be contacted I contacted kayak co to reschedule our trip as we were in a car accident on way to it. Company said no problem and I can’t find a way to get ahold of trip advisor to reschedule it!!!!!!! Help !?

Why would you give us a one star review for something that we have no control over? A phone call to our office, letting us know that there is a problem with the refund would have been appreciated. Of course you can reschedule. There were several of us in the office when we heard about your car accident and we all felt terrible for you. We would also be happy to give you a full refund, if you didn’t want to reschedule, but your transaction was with Trip Advisor/Viator, not us. We don’t have the ability to issue a refund for money we have not received. Please continue to try to contact them. A quick Google search shows this link to Viator Customer Care. https://www.viator.com/help If that doesn’t work then give us a call and we will try to help solve the problem. In the meantime, please consider removing this review. If our company had done something wrong or provided a bad service then it would be different, but you are lashing out at the wrong people in this case. Thank you.

Fantastic experience! The waters were calm, and our guide, Margaret, was so helpful. Even if you're a complete novice kayaker, you will feel comfortable. This was our second tour, and we'll be back for more.

Gabe, our guide was terrific in his enthusiasm, experience, safety cautions and environmental education. We are in our 70’sandhe adjusted the trip accordingly. Even if you are experienced as a ocean kayaker, the currents and other boating operations need an experienced guide.
