Loved the Space Center, and would recommend it to anyone. The woman in the will call window helped me tremendously with an issue I was having with getting tickets. I had booked through Viator, and received emails from yet a different travel agency. Between them, all I received was vouchers, which the Space Center did not accept, they needed the tickets. We were able to reach the intermediate agent, who told me how to retrieve the actual tickets…that didn’t work. Then the space center representative called, and was told the same thing, which didn’t work. Finally the intermediate agent agreed to resend the tickets to me. This all took about an hour in the heat. Traveling with a son who is Down Syndrome/Autism, this was difficult for him. My friend finally took him to the visitor information center to cool off. When I got things resolved and got in there, I asked an agent about a wheelchair for my son. I was told loudly and rudely that they do not rent to children. The agent found me later and said they DO rent to children and to come with her. At that point I was done. I told her never mind we’d do without it. After that it was slow, but enjoyable. Lots of information, great sense of anticipation and excitement! There was a launch while we were there that was pretty great to see, and we really enjoyed the imax show. We left with souvenirs -tshirts and a keychain. This was the long way to say that I highly recommend the Kennedy Space Center. When you do go, just get your tickets straight through them. Don’t book through Viator. Too many hands involved, and all blaming someone else.

I am sorry you had trouble downloading the tickets. All admission tickets are sent the afternoon before travel with instructions on how to download them and a conatct number to acall just in case you have trouble.Resending ticket should not have more than a minute to resend. I apologize on the behalf of Kennedy Space Center and will pass your comment along to them with reference to the horrible service.
