Next the tour moves to the Oldest House and Gardens to explore the grounds at the back of the house, and hear stories about the family who lived here and learn about the many ghostly sightings. This is the most active location on the tour and many guests get pictures on their cameras. Finally, the tour moves inside to hear the chilling tale of a prominent Key West family at their former residence. As the tour concludes, there is time for stories and picture sharing. The tour is interactive and questions are encouraged. The tour ends at 10:30 across the street from where it started.

The tour was AWESOME! And the guide incredible and very professional. I truly recommend to do it. Seriously I started to believe in Ghosts!!!!

We have been on many ghost tours, but this one tops them all! Ted is an amazing tour guide with so much knowledge of the island. He made the experience very interactive and my 13 year old son thought it was the coolest thing we did in key west. Will definitely do it again!!

Susan was an awesome tour guide! It was so neat to see the "other" side of key west! We learned so many interesting facts and heard many creepy accounts of haunted key west. This place has so much history, and it's so interesting to learn it from a ghostly point of view! This was an awesome addition to our honeymoon! Thank you!
