I thought it was too expensive for what we received. Seats were too small - i have a 6' 4" husband who had to squeeze in sideways. Hop on hop off is not a good description - i didn't feel comfortable hopping off. Most trams we saw were full so we weren't confident there would be room to hop back on.

The trolley tour provides a fun and informative narrative about the island. The hop-on hop-off aspect is a misnomer. You can surely hop off easy enough but getting back on is a problem. The issue is the tour starts at a cruise port. The busses fill up with people on limited time who ride the whole distance without getting off si seats don't free up. The worst we saw of this was at the southern most point where about 25 people had queued up. They has an agent there but he was given no means to contact a dispatcher and tell them of our plight. We could not finish the circuit in one day due to the inability to get back on at multiple stops.

Very good tour of key west our driver Louie was quite informative and entertaining love to his humor. vehicle was quite clean and well-maintained. Felt safe during the whole journey.
