Unclear about ticket pickup. Managed to get on the trolley once. Not a good value for us. Overpriced for what we got.

If this is your first time in Key West or matter of fact any city that has hop on hop off, you need to do this first. This is the best way to get the lay of the land and get educated on the area. We always use them to better understand and decide what we want to do. I will say with confidence all the drivers are fantastic and this is a must do.

Purchasing our tickets for the trolley was easy on Viator. Not needing paper vouchers was excellent! Getting onboard was simple and the tour was informative. Would use again
