Our hotel had a shuttle that dropped us off near an Old Town Trolley Station. We were going to get on the trolley with tickets we had purchased the day before, but accidentally left them in our hotel room. Argh! Dave, the attendant at the booth, went above and beyond by calling to get our information over the phone from their main office and was able to save us having to go all the way back to the hotel. He printed our receipt and we were able to board the next bus. Dave is a perfect example of an employee that goes out of their way to do everything possible! Thanks so much Dave… you are a treasure!

Information given by the drivers was very interesting. The stops were convenient for enjoying activities in Key West.
