This was a fabulous introduction to scuba diving without having the certification and heavy tank to carry on you. The crew was so friendly and great instructions for every step. CJ was an amazing instructor and made you feel very safe. A shout out to CJ, Hunter (fellow Texan), Noah, Captain and the other dive instructor (forgot her name). This was a great experience, don't miss it!!

Too many people tethered together.. Too many people per guide. Had a terrible time. Could see nothing but murky water stirred up by 5 other divers. Some divers wanted to swim like it was a race. Others used all of their oxygen so fast that it was basically over for everybody so fast. Poor business model. Worry more about money than a good experience. Did my first and last Snuba train wreck. Would upload a photo but I couldnt see anything

The experience itself was awesome but as far as the execution.... there were some issues. They didn't have enough small fins so they gave you whatever junk they had in the wrong size. Our dive instructor, Maddison, told us at the start it's your experience and if someone has an issue she will surface and take care of it. Our group had 3 people at the top that were having issues. These issues weren't resolved until almost the end of the experience by the photographer diver. She told us the weights would be checked while we were in the water and she didn't check them. One of the issues at the surface was the one girl didn't have enough weight to go down. They said they were going to let us know when our air was going to be running out. We figured it out when we didn't have any air underwater. We prepaid for the picture package ($70 bucks) and the pictures of my group underwear weren't included. We posed for the camera and everything. At the end, CJ, tries to make you feel obligated to tip 20% and buy the photos. He says other places charged $20 for one picture. They charged us $70 for pictures of other people in our group. Why do I want a bunch of pictures of strangers I will never meet or see again? If you work on tips....don't pressure people to tip you. Provide a great experience with great staff and people will tip you. The website mentioned a military discount then refused to honor it. Maddison said she would ask the boss later? What? We're paying now. It was ridiculous and something she should've asked for in the moment. Would definitely recommend a different dive option.
