It was advertised as following covid precautions. It definitely did not. Before we boarded I observed staff carrying and pouring drinks with no masks on, breathing over the drinks. Once on the boat, no masks were worn by guests up on the deck even though we were all less than 3ft away from each other. I paid for the upgraded drink package and was only able to have one drink because the bar was so crowded and people stayed standing elbow to elbow at the bar. Downstairs was extremely hot and uncomfortable and not property cooled. Also, this was almost $200 for my 2 tickets and one course was served? No appetizers, no dessert. Overall, very disappointed and this was not worth the high price.

Greetings Brittany, Thanks for joining us on our cruise. We do our best to recommend all guests follow our COVID suggestions. With that said, the city of Key West doesn't require masks unless you are inside a location. Our boarding process is completely outdoors and we do our best to space guests out however, most guests come in groups and enjoy standing next to each other. We inform guests to practice safe distancing and ask that they wear their masks, however the city doesn't require it. Safety is our number one concern. Lastly, our dinner cruise is typically a self serve tropical food buffet. To increase safety we decided to have the food served by our staff members for our guests. We have received so many compliments on this new feature of the trip we are going to continue with serving the food. The trip does not include desert and we make sure to not advertise that either. The complete menu is listed online. I do apologize you didn't have a 5 star experience. I will be meeting with our crew to ensure all COVID precautions remain at the top of our team's priority list.

Great fun! We were worried the weather would cancel it (lots of rain) but it went without a hitch! The crew took great care of us & even though the cloys prevented a sunset view, the entertainment made us all forget about that part! Highly recommend!

I am still trying to understand how a cruise that started out in a downpour and had to rotate guests in from the downpour to the buffet in shifts, turned into a resounding success. Seriously, if you had seen the sad faces waiting to board, had heard the rumblings amongst the guests that there would be no refunds unless there was lightening, you would have believed that this would be the worst cruise ever...BUT YOU WOULD BE WRONG! The cruise was salvaged ONLY because of he extreme professionalism and NEVER GIVE UP attitude of the crew. Steve had amazing energy, Kelsey moved the guests in and out of the buffet tables with precision. Seriously, I felt as though I was back in boot camp but without the stress and terror from my old DI. Hunter and Jack fed us delicious buffet food (really, much better than I expected on a 2 hour cruise, it was hot and delicious, especially the pork!) Yannick kept the vibe upbeat with his fun and energetic music, both in the buffet room and on the top deck after we were all fed. On the top deck Clay, our bartender, was personable and quick with the drinks.....and then there was Captain Jimmy! Captain Jimmy knows why he is my favorite, he made my vacation! ......And then the clouds parted and we got the sunset no one believed would appear! Suddenly the top deck was crowded and somehow we were all doing the conga! I am not exaggerating with I say every frown turned upside down! I hope that I did not forget anyone on the crew because they WERE ALL AWESOME! We will make it a point to take another cruise when we return next year....YOU SHOULD TO!
