This was well worth our time and money! Dinner was served ~15 minutes after we set sail, but we were greeted with rum runners and margaritas as soon as we boarded. The food (said to be Cuban style) was tasty and the buffet was open until about 15 minutes before we docked back at port. The crew was absolutely delightful and was accommodating to all of our needs, and made any drink that we asked for. The cruise was enjoyable as we didn't stray too far from land. Live DJ that had incredible music and was very interactive with passengers. Big props to the crew-- Niko, brandon, fernanda, Shawn and Anthony! (Sorry if I forgot anyone/got their name wrong... it was that much fun!)

Had the dinner cruise with another couple and was very disappointed. The food was so so which consisted of mac & cheese, beans, rice, mashed potatoes, vegetables, chicken and fish sticks. Unfortunately, the sit-down dining area is very small that it cannot accommodate all the people wishing to eat. Several people had to go on the upper deck and eat in the sun. The staff was very accommodating, however, the music was very loud and became obnoxious after a while.

We have taken this cruise several times. The staff is always top notch, food is good, and music is fun. This is the first time we had an issue. Sitting in the center of the upper deck bar was a local individual who continued to speak loudly to a group of friends sitting forward/starboard, maybe 20 feet away. His language continued to get worse and when he yelled m-fear I was done. To his right was my wife and left was a family with teenage girls. I finally told him to clean up his language as neither the girls nor my wife wanted to hear it. He apologized and moved. I was surprised that the staff behind the bar did not speak up to correct this individual on a family event. This has never happened on any previous trip and has always been enjoyable and would return. I would hope the be trained to deal with these situations vice a passenger. Just to note that I am no prude and use vulgar language but not in front of families with children and public gatherings.

We do our very best to ensure our staff is professional, the food is excellent and our musicians are top notch. In regards to the rude passenger on board, we apologize for this inconvenience. Although we cannot control the actions of our passengers, we do hope that everyone conducts themselves in respectful manor. It is hard to prepare for all situations and personalities but reviews like this allow us to better prepare.
