Arriving in Kigali from England, solo with a disorganised itinerary, I reached out to the expat group on Facebook and one of the members recommended Iriza Tours. I wanted to do a lot in one day but having only visited Kigali once before, I didn’t know anyone who could guide me. I contacted Iriza Tours and they arranged the most amazing day for me. I got to see many sights I didn’t know existed and explored the best parts of Rwanda. The service was brilliant and I have to mention Ange. She is such a kind and calm soul. She was very patient, answering my millions of questions. 10/10 for the entire experience. Thank you so much!

My wife and I arrived in Kigali super unprepared for the trip in terms of iteniary on what to do in Kigali and how we would get around the city, we spent a day or two trying to figure out what to do and then gave up until we saw the Iriza tour iteniary which consisted of the exact things anyone needs to jump start their time in Kigali, they arrived promptly to pick us up from our apartment (which was a god send after the experience with taxi drivers and the language barrier). Esther and Ange were so polite and accomodating for all our needs throughout the day and even threw in a few extras towards the end of the day to see which we did not expect. Had such a great experience that we decided to then stick with them to guide us through all our sightseeing tours of Rwanda. Best customer services and hospitality we have experienced in the land of a thousand hills. Great job guys and thank you so much for making our trip 10/10.
