Really enjoyed our tour of the water falls! It was very scenic, felt adventurous at times, and was a great hike! Would recommend water shoes. Would also recommend you be in good shape. It is an easy hike for those who routinely do cardio/weights but if not I would not recommend. We had a lady in our group, I felt so bad because she was clearly overwhelmed, it was just the beginning of the hike and she ate ground face first because her legs just gave out. They provided a lunch sandwich which was just okay (but you don’t go for the food), plenty of water and fruit flavored sodas, rain coat if you need it, backpacks if you need it, and walking sticks if you need it. The view at lunch is beautiful! The BEST PART; passion fruit trees and guava strawberries grow all around you and you literally can pick them off the trees as you hike and eat them. The GUAVA STRAWBERRIES out of this world, I couldn’t get enough, no need for lunch when nature provides! Do it but be warned you should feel comfortable doing at least 20 minutes of cardio without feeling like you are going to fall over.
