They did not honor our confirmed paid event. We showed up and there was a representative who had a tour for our time and looked perplexed that we were there, I showed him my reservation and he stated that he had to call the owner(Paul Nobel) . The owner stated that the guide that was supposed to be there called out sick and he did not have another guide to take us out!!! What kind of a business man does this!!! I would personally take that your to ensure that the paying party has a fantastic experience rather than the disappointment we felt getting up early to start our day!!!! He asked if we wanted to reschedule for another day or to get a refund. We could not reschedule due to other plans made way in advance, this was on Sunday July 3rd and we have yet to receive our refund. I’m not happy with the company, the service or the lack of empathy they have shown thus far. I will contact them again to see why my money has not been refunded!!! So I will not use them again and will make sure that social media knows as well.
