I previously wrote that taking a tour with Tahoe Photographic Tours was like having friends take you around to beautiful places, since the guides are always so nice. However, now, Keith and Robin feel like old friends as we've just taken our fourth tour in five years. Last time Keith took us out on two days, probably as a bonus for taking a third trip. It's hard to tell, because Keith, Robin, and everyone we've ever dealt with is so incredibly nice, helpful, and patient. And knowledgeable if the area. This trip, Mike was our guide and photographer. Mike is a retired Forestry guy that knows Tahoe well and took the time to stop and teach my little girls some amazing things in nature. The photos were amazing too. The price could seem a bit high to some, but I compare it to getting family photos taken, but we get much better backgrounds and many more smiles from our girls running around outside than trying to get them to sit still indoors at a studio. It is always worth spending the money to us. Already traded emails with Keith planning our next trip in the spring of 2016. Our home's walls will be covered with Tahoe Photographic Tours' Family portraits by the time my girls head to college. So much better than studio shots. Plus, it's Lake Tahoe, and they'll show you some of the most beautiful views you can imagine.

From booking a seat to the tour itself, this is a great way to savior the spectacular sights of Lake Tahoe and capture memories on film, or file, for a lifetime. Robin's customer service in setting up my trip was exceptional and I appreciated the callbacks and offer of alternative times/dates. Our tour guide Doug was a real gentleman, very knowledgeable and brilliant at pointing out great photo opportunities along the way. He also shot some great pictures of those on tour with me with backgrounds/backdrops many would not appreciate. What a great day. So good that the first thing I did when I got back to my hotel was call Robin to say thanks. Thanks again team!

WORTH EVERY CENT AND THEN SOME! I am not easy to impress. I rarely consider writing reviews and almost never actually do. That said, it would be unfair to the company to not share my experience with potential clients. THIS IS THE BEST TOUR I"VE EVER GONE ON. I've been a guide for the top adventure companies in several spectacular locations and feel I have a good sense of what excellence looks like in this industry. This company defines it. Keith Price, the owner and my guide, is simply an awesome human being. He and his wife Robin are two of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting in all my life. Keith tended to my every need, brightened my day, and kept me thoroughly entertained from start to finish. His passion for Tahoe is unrivaled and is contagious. I can think of no better ambassador for the sights and sounds of such a wildly beautiful and pristine treasure of the natural world like Tahoe. From the angles you will see it on the tour, Tahoe speaks for itself, but it's the guide that really makes the experience so worthwhile. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about the entire staff and reading these reviews it's pretty clear that the other guides are all just as competent as Keith in exceeding people's expectations. Whether you are looking for a day off the slopes to relax or aiming to get off the beaten path on a fast track to virtually all of the regions most stunning vistas. This is your tour! As a photographer myself, I knew there was simply no better way to find the areas most breathtaking views then through the eyes of someone who seeks them for a living. They will show you the lakes most prized possessions. Crystal clear emerald shorelines backed by awe-inspiring snow-covered peaks. Seemingly unending stretches of truly magical forestlands densely packed with pines, cedars, firs, aspens, and a wealth of wildlife. Tahoe has a lot of must sees and this is the best way to find them. If you are interested in photography then you will be overwhelmed by how valuable this tour is to someone looking to capture the area overall or figure out where and how to capture all of the lake's most photogenic locations. Even if taking pictures isn't your thing, it's totally worth it just to take it all in and come away with some really great shots of the area and of you and your family as well. I highly encourage anyone considering going out with Tahoe Photographic Tours to book without hesitation. It's beyond reasonably priced for what you get and is simply worth your time!
