Great tour and guide Dain was very knowledgeable, genuine, and funny!!. My group underestimated exactly how hot and exhausting it really was in 110+ degree weather in the middle of the summer, so if you go during this time you need to come properly prepared. Bring a gaiter to cover your face and hair, ice cold maybe even almost frozen bottled water (mine was only semi cold and by the time I was on the tour it became too hot to drink, luckily the guides had ice water for us-bless y'all!) Dress accordingly to keep yourself cool and know that whatever you wear and bring will become very dirty! Pack light and bring a drawstring bag or fanny pack to keep up with your belongings if you need to have anything on you. You may be potentially exposed to desert wildlife (things we didn't think of beforehand) as well so listen very carefully to the safety tips and be aware of your surroundings at all times. This was a memorable and fun experience for my group and I would recommend it overall, just come prepared because that desert heat is no joke!!
