It is off the beaten path and a true local experience. There is a food truck on site and it is right next to the best BBQ in western NC - 12 Bones BBQ!

Just an overall fun time with good people on the tour. Our guide Tim was entertaining, kept us all together on the river and had good suggestions at the food stop.

Very relaxing cruise down the French Broad River with two stops for beer. Our guide (Tim) was very entertaining and made the trip even more enjoyable. The beer at The Wedge was very good and the whole art area around that brewery was great.

The canoe trip was great fun and relaxing. Tim, our guide, was friendly, patient and had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed sampling beers at the stops and had some great food at 12 Bones. Definitely a fun trip for couples or groups! You don’t need a lot (or any) experience canoeing to fully enjoy!
