Swimsuits and shorts work best. Secure shoes with a heel-strap are required (tennis shoes, water shoes, or sport sandals with a heel-strap). Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel

My husband and I wanted to take our 9 & 5 year old White Water Rafting while in the Great Smoky Mountains.We researched and found that with our youngest we needed to stay with the Lower Pigeon River. I can tell you one thing is for sure, Smoky Mountain Outdoors is the place to go!!! What a well ran operation, safe for our kids and fun for all of us. Our guide, Liza was a beautiful soul. She was as calm, knowledgable and willing to answer the 101 questions my boys had for her! We will 100% visit here again and hope that if you are reading this you will take your family, friends or just yourself to a Great 2 hours of rafting!
