Absolutely fantastic! Not my first trip in to RMNP, but the most interesting and informative. Post-COVID this tour was done as a follow the leader in your own vehicle with a two-way radio for communication and continuous information flow from our awesome guide. (Julie) We stayed mostly in the lower parts of the park as we requested since my wife has altitude issues and isn't fond of high roads with drop offs. This allowed us to see so many parts of the park I had never seen and learn a great deal. To top it off, at out last stop we encountered a mama moose and her calf bathing and snacking in a shallow lake. It was truly wonderous. I would strongly recommend this tour to pretty much anyone heading into Rocky Mountain National Forest.

John gave us a personalized tour that was very thorough, very interesting. The guide via walkie-talkie was really great. John has many inter3sting anecdotes about the city of Estes Park and is a wealth of botanic, geologic and wildlife information. Without a guided tour, we might have merely driven around the park without really seeing what’s interesting. It might have been , without his knowledge of park history and his years of experience as a guide, just a nice drive looking at grass and lakes. Highly recommend!

We did full day private hike through RMNP with John. He was excellent. He reached out a few days before to discuss what we wanted to see and the best time to start our hike to get the most of the day. While on the hike, John was incredibly informative and patient. He even gave us some great tips on taking photos. We had a wonderful time.
