The captain took the Lucky Lady out in unsafe waters. Very windy and choppy. This tour should have been cancelled. The captain was paying more attention to the bleached blonde lady he allowed to sit in the captain's seat, both going and returning, than the condition of the waters/wind in my opinion. I had followed the instructions to stand straight legged and hold on. Despite following instructions, I took a hard fall. If I hadn't been holding on I would have flipped out. Many people were sick and vomiting, including children. Upon arriving to the snorkel site, the waters were too windy so the captain continued the boat ride up the coast. When the captain stopped to snorkel at the same spot as previous, he stated the water will be "challenging". If you were new to snorkeling or a beginner, to not go in the water. He also stated this isn't the best spot to see lots of colorful fish or corals. We are experienced snorkelers and did not stay in the water, as to unsafe. Also, the captain was correct, not much to see. We booked this tour for the snorkeling experience, which we did not get. When we arrived back to the pier, the captain knowing how challenging the waters were, went right back out with the evening tour. We booked this specific tour based on the hotels recommendations. I provided the hotel with our feedback. I was informed the concierges had also fallen on this tour a few weeks back.
