This serene nighttime adventure provides exclusive access to the villages of the Polynesian Cultural Center after they close to the public and features a controlled and safe water environment is one of a kind! No Waves. No Sharks. No Worries! Guided through a tranquil lagoon by moonlight, you'll be visiting the islands of Samoa, New Zealand, Fiji, Hawaii, Tonga, and Tahiti on a stand-up paddle board or kayak that features colorful LED illumination in the water around you. For approximately 90 minutes your storyteller will share ancient Polynesian culture, legends and lore that will educate, entertain and enchant!

This place not only fun, but informative. You have the option to pick a kayak or paddle board and they make sure you get whatever you are most comfortable with. Cousin Sai helped us on and off. Fatu was our guide and he was awesome. He told us about the different legends of the Polynesia, like Maui and the longer day we get with the Sun. Fatu also demonstrated a bit of the art of fire dancing. This tour was so much fun and so much more than paddleboarding/kayaking. 11/10 Recommend for anyone, couples, families, friends.

I had a great time at Lunar Legends. We couldn't get regular tickets to the cultural center since it was fully booked several months in advance. When the concierge at our resort mentioned this experience we thought it would be perfect. It was a nice relaxing exploration of the center with informative stories for the history of the Polynesians. We had all levels of expertise with paddleboarding and kayaking and all did a great job on the calm water. Just be prepared to get a little wet in the waterfalls!
