Parasailing is a water sport in which a person is towed behind a boat while attached to a parachute-like canopy. The parasail is suspended from a harness that is attached to the boat, and as the boat moves, the parasailer is lifted into the air and glides through the sky.

Parasailing in the Straits Area, you can see views of the famous Mackinac Bridge, see Mackinac Island from a distance and a birds eye view of the beautiful Lake Huron.

To participate in parasailing, you do not need any special skills or training. The activity is typically supervised by trained staff who will provide you with all the necessary equipment and instruction.

Is there weight restrictions? Yes, must be at least 125lbs and combined weight for flying tandem, no more than 450lbs. Wind and water conditions may allow for changes to these per the captain.

So much fun!!!!! Had a great time - definitely get the go pro option for a fun video! Felt very safe & my kids all had a great time. One of the favorite activities of our trip. Worth the cost for the cool experience

This parasailing experience was absolutely amazing!! The views were incredible, the crew was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the experience was perfect! You will not be disappointed with this experience! We did the early bird parasailing option, which was a great way to save money and avoid busy times!
