It's ok in there the horror section is brilliant but everything else is just ok we had a full pass for it and when we went to the clown rode they said we didn't tryed to charge me again I asked her repeatedly to scan my ticket as I had paid in the end she scanned it and could see I had the ticket no apology but its definitely something to visit

It was so cold today in New York (with a wind chill factor of -7) that by the afternoon we decided an indoor activity was needed before heading out to dinner. We went into Madam Tussaud’s using our Go City pass. Super easy to use, they just scanned it and in we went. The exhibits were pretty cool. Kids loved taking their pictures with celebrities and really enjoyed the Marvel 4D adventure. Overall it took us about 75mins to get round, but could’ve spent longer.

We only visited here because it was included in our GoCity pass & the NYC weather wasn’t playing ball. This is somewhere we wouldn’t normally visit. It’s terrible in here.

We do offer over 85,000 square feet of attractions on 5 floors in 16 different themed rooms with over 200 wax figures. We have our 7D game, wax hand souvenir, 4D MARVEL movie as well as two bars and a cafe. However, we are always open to feedback and ways of improving our guests experience.
