App kept crashing and caused us to lose the voucher. I bought the scavenger hunt a second time on the app and still were unable to finish due to app crashing.

Hi Erin, I apologize for the inconvenience. We had an update that affected the redemption of 3rd party vouchers but have been fixed the same day. Please contact our customer support so we can process a refund on the 2nd purchase you made and have your Groupon voucher applied to your account.
