My boyfriend and I did this tour on a Saturday night in January. There were about 12 people total, including some children. We wanted to do a tour when it was dark, so we did a 6pm tour, that went until 7:30. EMF detectors were provided to everyone and a few spirit boxes were passed around.. also a free bottle of water, which was good to have, too! Kenny gave us the tour, and he was very knowledgeable about the history of Jerome. While nothing "crazy" happened with the detectors, it was still fun and an interesting way to learn about the town. FYI - wear good shoes if you're planning on doing the tour, as you will be walking all around!
