Andrew gave a fantastic tour, and he really made the LES and Chinatown come to life as he weaved stories spanning 200 years. It was fascinating, highly recommended!

Private walking tour of Lower East Side and Williamsburg with David. Focused on immigration through history and also a little of the punk rock and art scene in the East Village. David was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great learning experience and fun packed into a 3 hour tour. Very cool to see live the Williamsburg Orthodox community during Sukkot. Despite being from the area and knowing the city well still learned many new things about Jewish, German, Ukranian and Polish populations in particular.

I loved the tour experience with Streetwise NYC, resourceful, inspiring and charming. These tours would make you love NYC even more from a local perspective. At some point I felt I was traveling back in history, the way they tell the stories and the interesting facts about the areas and their people, I felt I was part of it. These guys have a unique skill in the way we should experience the city, they take their time to explain every detail, you can tell they are very resourceful, and I love it! I will continue going to their tours. Plus, we made a picnic at the Park afterwards and we engaged even more talking about the tour.
